Registration

If you will attend the Public HTF meeting in person, please register by January 29; if you will attend virtually, please register by February 4. There is no registration fee for this meeting. Note that EPA will use your registration information solely for this event and will not share your information with any third party. If you are attending in person, you may sign up by January 29 to make oral public comments during the meeting (instructions will be provided in a follow-up email) or you may submit written comments to Katie Flahive, EPA, at Flahive.Katie@epa.gov. If you are attending virtually, you may submit written comments to the Hypoxia Task Force by sending them to Katie Flahive by January 29. Written comments shared by January 29 will be provided to the Hypoxia Task Force by the start of the meeting. Written materials sent to Katie Flahive after January 29 will be shared with the Hypoxia Task Force at or following the Public Meeting.

Members of the public can attend and provide written or oral comments at HTF public meetings, and the HTF encourages members of the public to engage directly with states through their Nutrient Reduction Strategies or communicate to the HTF anytime throughout the year at https://www.epa.gov/ms-htf/forms/contact-us-about-mississippi-rivergulf-mexico-hypoxia-task-force or by sending an email to ow-hypoxia@epa.gov.
